1. What is a "Client Account" and how do I transfer videos to clients?

   WellcomeMat built a system called the "Client Manager" for people to serve as administrators/managers of other people's videos. Each time you post a video for someone else, transfer that video to a client by following this three step process:

   Step 1: Once You Are Logged Into WellcomeMat, Select "Manage Videos" from the Dashboard Dropdown Tab
   

   

   Step 2:  Click the "Transfer to Client" link next to each video that needs to be transferred.

   

   Step 3: Select the Client Account That You'd Like to Transfer Your Video Into

2. How do I manage videos that I have transferred into client accounts?

   After a video is transferred into a client's account, you will have to visit the "Client Manager" (found within the dashboard dropdown tab) and click the link that says "Log In As This Client."

   Note that selecting this link logs you into your client's account temporarily. Once you are in, manage videos as you would within your own account.
