Since my beginnings in the business, I have worked to develop my real estate skill set to the maximum. Simply put, I want to deliver the finest quality, most high tech and most up-to-date real estate services I can to my clients. I have acquired professional certification in home staging (preparing a home to show its best) and also am a certified EcoBroker® (the first in Miami in fact, an EcoBroker is a green home specialist able to highlight and recommend green home features).
National research indicates that 80 percent of consumers consider themselves green-minded and as an EcoBroker® I am now able to pair property buyers with homes that are gentler to the environment and which can save them money as well. For sellers of properties with green features, I am able to highlight the features by drawing on this green knowledge. I am excited to see the increased focus on going green and I am now well-positioned to be a resource for my clients in this new facet of the real estate business.
