I currently reside in Playas del Coco, Costa Rica. My husband, three children (6,3,6 mo) moved down here November 2007. We all truly enjoy the "Pura Vida" lifestyle and find a big relief from the hustle and bustle of the States. When you walk down the street you are greeted by friendly faces, an array of dogs, an occasional chicken/rooster, and sometimes you are backed up by cows meandering in the street.
The weather is always nice, beaches are beyond beautiful not to mention world class snorkeling, diving and surfing! Besides the beautiful weather, Costa Rica is a stable investment in today unstable market. While your portfolio is decreasing, Costa Rica's values are rising.
