I am Joan Mozelle Wilson, a Property Specialist with Prudential California Realty in San Diego County.
I grew up in Dallas, Texas and earned a degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University. After graduation, I returned to Dallas and started a career in management.
After a few years of living and working in Texas, New York, and California, I started my own Marketing Company in Seattle, Washington. During the eight years that I owned my own business, I started investing in properties in the Northwest.
Once I sold my business, I started a career in electronic business (e-business) marketing, and decided to become more involved with investment properties and real estate.
After a few years of becoming more involved in real estate in the Seattle area, eight years ago it rained for 120 days straight, so I decided to move to San Diego and pursue real estate in paradise on a full time basis.
Working in real estate with clients buying and selling properties gives me a true sense of accomplishment. The aspect that I consider most important is "Client Satisfaction". The reason I have long term relationships is that I listen and deliver the investment that meets my clients needs.
Since moving to San Diego another of my favorite activity is boogie boarding. During the summer months, I love to sit on a board and watch the sun set change the color of the water. About three times a year, my step daughter will fly up from Washington and join me at the beach. I am trying to convince her to move to San Diego as well.
One of my true passions has always been nature photography. I love taking pictures in the San Diego area, there is such a wealth of subject matter. I have a few sunset pictures for sale in local galleries and published in photography books, but mostly I just line my walls at home with them so that when I am too busy to go to the beach, I can still enjoy the sunsets.
