I am a Mortgage Banker with First Houston NW. My family has been in the mortgage industry for as long as I can remember. I started full time in the industry 5 years ago. I was a processor for 4 years and about a year ago, took the "plunge" into originating loans. I love it! I think my processing background gives me a distinct advantage over my competition, in that I am very familiar with what goes on behind the scenes and can often move a loan along very quickly by avoiding some typical pitfalls. I love the educational side of my job and work very closely with my clients on every aspect of their loan. I am especially fond of working with clients on their credit issues.
First Houston NW is a Mortgage Bank, which means we have both banking AND brokered products . This gives my clients the best and most diverse product line available almost anywhere. There is very little in the way of quality home lending that we can not do. We are also licensed in multiple states, so I can help clients all over the country.
