Video is all about standing out. So when considering participation in at the 2007 NAR EXPO, we thought it was only fair that WellcomeMat stand out from the crowd as well. And stand out we did! WellcomeMat decided to dress up in space suits and bring video 'MTV style' to the floor. The suits were retrofitted with DVD players that pushed video out to the masses as we walked around the complex and most of Vegas for that matter. So what if our alter egos got kicked off the expo floor? We were there to make one simple statement: In a crowded real estate market with loads of inventory and demanding consumers, YOU NEED TO STAND OUT! And what better way to stand out from your competition than WITH VIDEO!Oops!

Not sure exactly but i believe the point was made - STAND OUT WITH VIDEO. It's going to take some time but, we'll get there. Might as well have some fun along the way.

I'm a broker and Vice Chair of Technology Committee for Texas Association of Reators...I believe these stitch together 'video tours' are crap and I believe if you keep your service free to the Realtor, you're going to go damn big. Let me know what I can do to help. How's Twitter helping in the cause? I've yet to use that strategy for marketing but I can see how it might glamorize and cause a following?
