The neighborhood of Huntington Hills is one of the newer ones in historic Fredericksburg VA. It is located a few hundred yards west of US Route 1 and about a 1/4 mile east of Interstate 95. That location offers its residents excellent access to the major road arteries of the area. Only minutes to downtown Fredericksburg and the quaint shops there. Excellent access to commuter rail too. Major shopping centers (Central Park and Spotsylvania Towne Centre) are less than 5 minutes away. A great community of fine homes!
