With a passion for helping families and individuals alike realize their dreams in a new home, Andrea West has been selling new homes with Intracoastal New Homes. The majority of her time has representing the new homes in the Marsh Oaks community. She has achieved numerous sales awards with the Sales and Marketing Council, as well as Gold and Platinum sales achievement with Intracoastal Realty. Among other designations, Andrea is a Certified New Home Sales Professional as well as a member of the Wilmington Board of Realtors. Her past work experience in retail management familiarized her with the emotion involved in any purchase, especially an investment such as a building a new home. She’s had the enormous privilege of building her last two homes within the neighborhoods she represents. This has afforded her the opportunity to learn first hand the building process and the excitement involved in that process, that excitement is something that she shares with every homebuyer during the building of their home. Being a homeowner within the neighborhood she works enables her to help all the new neighbors connect, creating a true sense of community within the neighborhood.
