We have just relocated to Spain to set up a Real Estate Web TV site for the Costa Blanca, which may then be rolled out throughout Spain.
A former IATSE cameraman, Keith produced his first video tours on VHS (yes, the age of tape; remember when!) way back in 1984 when he was fresh out of collage but was so far ahead of his time, that they failed to find a marketplace, or pay the rent, so that idea was shelved until 2000 when he started doing some 360 VTR Tours for Real Estate Sites on Realtor.com and for the Cruise and Travel Industry.
After managing video production teams on a host of the world's top Cruise Ships, he now spends his time between the USA, UK and Spain, setting up new projects. His last cruise ship was the Queen Mary 2, for Fine Art Wholesalers, Image and Cunard Line.
Thus the name, At Sea TV, one of the first companies to produce corporate travel and onboard videos for the Cruise Industry. Most recently he helped produce content for the Queen Mary 2.
His newest project is to 'sell' the Spanish Lifestyle, which in turn they hope will start the housing market again, which has slumped in Europe, through a new Web TV channel, which Keith thinks that the WelcomeMat.com shall be the perfect platform for.
We shoot photos, videos, 360-tours, corporate profiles, portfolios, broadcast TV for Spain and the UK and just enjoy video.
Our mission is to make quality video which is entertaining, enriching, informative and compelling to watch.
We are based in Spain for the next 12-months but hope to return to South Florida in 2010.
So, although WelcomeMat is USA based, maybe we can be the pioneers in opening up the International marketplace. You never know!
