Composed of two interconnected neighborhoods in North Scottsdale, The Park and The Retreat, Grayhawk is one of Scottsdale's most desirable places to live. Some of the amenities at Grayhawk include; two daily fee golf courses (Raptor and Talon), two gourmet restaurants, tennis courts, neighborhood pools, 30 miles of hiking or jogging trails, playgrounds, basketball courts, picnic areas and greenbelts. The Retreat section is a guard-gated neighborhood that features a higher price point than The Park. The Park neighborhood is more "kid-friendly" due to the number of playgrounds and parks.
