Mario Bertacco is a lifetime resident of Sonoma County, his roots are deep in this town going all the way back to his relative who was the mayor of Santa Rosa over 100 years ago! In 2007 after being in real estate for several years he went out on his own forming SoCo Real Estate, Inc a full service sales, property management, and mortgage brokerage. He came up with the name of the company before he ever got into real estate, SoCo as some of the locals call it, is short for Sonoma County. Keeping up with technology ( a passion of his) and continuing education is very important to him. He currently holds the following credentials:
ACRE - Accredited Consultant in Real Estate - Mario Bertacco was the first agent in Northern CA to receive this accreditation. e-PRO Certified Internet Professional in Real Estate, EcoBroker, and is a member of CRS - Council on Residential Specialists. To better himself as a broker and business person he is currently studying for a degree in Law with a specialty in Real Estate.
