I am a Realtor & real estate investor based in Issaquah, WA. My Realtor business is focused primarily on residential real estate - condos, townmhomes & single family residences in the cities of Issaquah, Redmond, Sammamish, Bellevue & Kirkland - the general area surrounding Microsoft. I also sell foreclosed properties for Countrywide Home Loans. As a real estate investor, I focus on developing properties with higher & better uses, where zoning allows for greater density, for example. My focus as an investor is to provide high quality, affordable housing for lower income people. I also invest in multi-family properties, such as apartment buildings.
