We are currently seeking a teammate with a positive attitude and exceptional written/verbal communication skills to make sure that our customers, users, partners and prospects have an awesome experience, every time they are in contact with WellcomeMat.
It's All About Communication! Whether someone is just visiting our website, a new partner in the midst of an integration with WellcomeMat, or an existing partner looking to get the most from their investment in the WellcomeMat platform, the Manager of User/Customer Experience will:
+ Identify how to be most valuable by quickly assessing the goals of the people we are in contact with.
+ Provide guidance, support, access to FAQ or product documentation and/or warm introductions to other WellcomeMat team members.
+ Create public and non-public facing content that addresses frequently asked questions.
+ Edit existing FAQ/Product documents to ensure freshness.
+ Serve as a customer/user advocate with WellcomeMat's team. Be the voice of our customers and make sure we are doing what is best for them.
+ Continuously improve our customer service process with the goal of bettering our world class service and support.
+ Work with product, marketing and sales personnel to make sure that our offerings address the real problems of our customers/users.
+ Connect those looking to hire a WellcomeMat filmmaker with the best production teams in their area.
+ Bachelor's Degree - Journalism/Mass Media, English, Communications, Creative Writing and Film degrees are a plus but not required.
+ Ability to work full-time, Mondays through Fridays
+ A positive attitude. Self-starter. Must be able to see and act on opportunities, without oversight
