Position Overview
We're currently seeking a team-oriented developer that loves challenges to lead new product development, support/update our existing (SAAS) platform (found at www.WellcomeMat.com), execute new partner integrations, and help us grow our leadership position in the real estate vertical.

The developer will collaborate with our founders and team members to plan and execute a diverse product roadmap and support new/existing customers. Additionally, our developer will work with web-based APIs (both our own and 3rd party's) and -- if possible -- support/update our mobile applications.

Required Skills and Experience:

PHP/MySQL Web Development

Familiarity with H/MVC frameworks and OOP -- we're using Kohana on our new platform

Strong understanding of standards-based (W3C) HTML and CSS development

Experience with JavaScript & jQuery

Experience with building and utilizing web-based APIs

Experience with LAMP stack administration and good security practices

Ability to learn and apply new programming techniques/languages on the fly

Applicable (and appreciated) Skills and Experience:

Familiarity with either iPhone or Android SDK

A Strong understanding of Adobe Flash ( AS3 ) video players

Search Engine Optimization

Experience with FFmpeg and/or video encoding and delivery
