I have been selling real estate in the boroughs of Queens and Brooklyn in New York City and the counties of Nassau and Suffolk on Long Island since 1986. Currently, I am a real estate associate broker with Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc. serving mainly the communities of Bayside, Douglaston, Little Neck, Flushing, and Whitestone all located in the Northeast section of Queens County, New York City. Furthermore, I am an active member of the Long Island Multiple Listing Service and a realtor with the Long Island Board of Realtors. For buyers, I create a specialized computer program which regularly emails listings that match specific criteria of those buyers. For sellers, I create detailed videos of their properties and syndicate these videos on numerous search engines and websites. I earned the NAR certification as an e-Pro Internet professional in 2004 and in 2011 earned the designation as a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR). I'm a NYS approved real estate instructor and teach real estate salesperson and broker qualifying courses for the Realty Institute of Forest Hills.
