Jeff Jasper, CRS, e-PRO, REALTOR, working in the residential Real Estate market since January 1999.
Prior to Real Estate Jeff owned 3 companies; one involved in the construction of Rammed earth homes in New Mexico, and two equipment rental firms in the Greater Minneapolis area.
Originally I worked in the computer industry developing Super computer operating systems. The blend of experience is well suited for this industry and myself!
The first home I sold via the internet was in the summer of 2000 to a couple in Germany. This was followed a few month later by a property to a New York couple. These sales were a direct result of the buyer seeing what was being purchased. Since this early venture in the visual aspect of Real Estate I've has sold numerous properties brought on by the purchaser being able to view a video of the property being offered for sale.
