• Licensed as an Affiliate Broker in 1985 and Broker in 2001, Christie specializes in the listing and sale of homes, as well as finding you, the buyer, a new home. She works with both buyers and sellers, from the first time homebuyer to experienced investors. No property is too big or too small. • Christie is the Managing Broker and Partner of The Wilson Group Real Estate Services where she oversees 18 licensees and the daily business of The Wilson Group. • She received her Appraisal License in 1994, which aids tremendously in properly pricing your home and determining its condition. • She is the immediate Past President of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, and was the 2006 President of the GNAR, a 4,200 member Realtor trade association. She currently serves on their Board of Directors. She is past chair of the GNAR Political Action Committee, past chair of GNAR Membership Committee, Awards of Excellence Committee and Grievance Committee. • She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Realtors and the Tennessee Association of Realtors. She co-chairs the Governmental Affairs and chairs Legislative Affair of the Tennessee Association of Realtors. • Christie serves on the Board of Directors for the Housing Fund and the Board of the Nashville Area Habitat for Humanity. She chairs the Development Committee for Habitat, as well. • Christie is a Lifetime Platinum Member of the Awards of Excellence from the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors and has also received the Award for Educational Achievement through the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. • She holds the Graduate Realtors Institute Designation, the Certified Residential Specialist Designation; and the Accredited Buyer's Representative Designation; as well as the Certified Residential Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers Designation.
