Our team knows the importance of staying informed on the changing real estate industry and we put a lot of empahsis on continuing education offered by The Houston Association of Realtors. My designations include ABR (Accredited Buyer Representation), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and QSC® (Quality Service Certified). I also know the importance of networking and am heavily involved in HIREBA (Houston Independent Real Estate Brokers Association) and currently serving in leadership positions within that organization. I also serve on several HAR volunteer committees that help guide the organization to be one of the best MLS systems in the nation.
I've been selling residential real estate since 1998 and opened Cindy Wingo Realtors, Inc. in 2004. Prior to entering the residential arena, I spent 15 years managing and leasing commercial property. Through my extensive background in real estate, I have developed a practical business sense that enables me to assist clients with confidence and efficiency.
