Home Savings of America is Federally Chartered Bank. Which means that we are the direct lender, and being a FDIC Insured Bank allows me to provide home loans in ALL 50 STATES! I have the flexibility to do loans in-house or work with our banking partners... this gives me the ability to provide my clients with the best loan programs in compliment with my industry knowledge and excellent service.

SERVICE
I provide a unique experience for my clients. Home Savings of America is a BANK so we lend our own funds allowing us to close loans faster than Mortgage Brokers. We have more flexibility to approve loans since we underwrite our own loans. We also work with other Banks so I have access to their programs. This allows us to qualify more people for financing and offer more loan a service Traditional Banks cannot offer.

I'm extremely dedicated to what I do and I specialize in working with home buyers and investors. Currently, I run our Chicago Operations but since we are a bank I'm more than happy to help clients in almost every state. I think technology is a great way to communicate, be more efficient, and educate our home buyers.

PERSONAL
I love spending time with my family and friends whether it be watching a football game or getting out on the lake. My best friend is my identical twin brother Jonas who is also in the business. We grew up competing in about every sport possible, but our favorite sport is football! I enjoy reading non-fictional books related to history or anything financial. My best quality is that I have a big heart and I always want to help people... some time to a fault.
