In 1999, after purchasing his first rental property, David left a career of twenty years in the automotive industry to pursue his lifelong interest in real estate. A dedicated achiever, he immersed himself into his new career, first joining Century 21 in Libertyville. David used his skills to become a top office producer, leading in sales volume 3 years in a row! In 2001, David joined RE/MAX Showcase in Gurnee, where he continued to be a sales leader and innovator! In 2005 David & Shannon joined Major Enterprises, Inc. A new tech savvy brokerage that employs the latest tools and technology bringing unparalleled results to their transactions! David involves tremendous personal interaction and technical ability to assure complete customer satisfaction. He also uses his skills as a problem solver and negotiator to insure a successful home close for you! His technical skills allow Team Swierczynski to not only stay on top of the learning curve in regards to marketing and mastery of resources, but to lead the field in computer knowledge and internet savvy! Shannon joined David in April 2003 when her job as a customer service representative with Toyota USA was outsourced to another state. Shannon uses her management and administrative skills acting as a Client Care Coordinator providing much of the behind the scenes activities, supporting both home buyers and sellers! Shannon and David were married on April 20, 2002. Shannon and David are raising David's 2 delightful children, Zach and Macey!
