Madeleine moved to Chicago in 1990 to work for German engineering company, and then moved to Miami 1992 where she worked as export manager for a small food export company. She became licensed in 1998, joined Century 21 for one year, and then started her own brokerage company.

Â Some of it is unavoidable- it's a big deal, after all- but so much of the stress is needless. Â It doesn't have to be so difficult.
