Pat Kapowich brings a refreshing quality to the art and science of real estate sales by endeavoring to be nothing less than an expert in the field. A lifelong Silicon Valley resident, Pat believes advanced technical, conceptual and communication skills are the most important elements of successful transactions. He represents repeat clients and their referrals throughout the South Bay. Pat obtained his California Real Estate License in 1987 and his California Real Estate Broker License in 1997. His interest in the critical components of real estate transactions and the legal ramifications of every property sale inspired his pursuit of the industry's highest professional designations. As a student of negotiations, Pat earned the Negotiation and Mediation Training Certificate from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution of Pepperdine University School of Law.
In 1999, Pat and Ryan Kapowich began the consumer-protection cable series, "Kapowich on Real Estate", which is seen in 25 cities from So. San Francisco to San Jose. On more than 150 programs Pat interviews a broad spectrum of experts who represent the many professions and businesses that serve the real estate industry.
Pat is also a monthly contributor to the Saturday real estate Q & A column Market Wise in the San Jose Mercury New. In 2003, they began their Consumer Protection seminar series.
