I operate a nationwide referral system where agents network with each other through a link. The link is area specific and once you are assigned you have an exclusive on that area. You don't pay anything until you go to closing; a 25% referral fee.
Although there are no monthly or annual fees we are waving the set up and installation charge for all new members until June 2008.
