I live in Deland, FL and primarily work in West Volusia - Deland, Debary, Orange City, Lake Helen, Deltona and nearby areas, along with Lake Mary and surrounding areas. My listings are in W. Volusia and Seminole Counties and sometimes Lake County (greater Orlando area towards Daytona Beach for those not familiar with the area).
