March 4, 2011 By Katrina Hanson I honestly don't want to write this review...because I don't want other agents to know my top secret weapon that is HDHat video! I know that sounds crazy but quite honesty, Mark has elevated my business to a totally new level and I can attribute it 100% to the quality product that HDHat provides for minimal expense. I believe most agents are still using virtual tours and/or youtube to post their own videos that are not edited by a pro like HDHat. Yes, we could all use moviemaker to do that but the quality of those homemade videos DOES NOT EVEN COMPARE TO THE PRODUCT THAT HDHAT PUTS OUT. Plus...shouldn't we be focusing our efforts as Real Estate Advisors on advising our clients instead of making videos? I am immensely grateful to Mark and HDHat for making this a seamless way to create a professional video that not only puts me ahead of my competition but also allows buyers to having a showing of my listing in the complete comfort of their own home. It just makes sense in this "quick response" digital world to get the information out there on our listings thru the use of a quality product like this video. It's a no-brainer...HDHat has cornered the market in perfecting video production so we, as agents, can get out there and do what we're supposed to be doing...selling homes! Thanks HDHat and Mark Passerby. I will be a loyal customer for life!

Mark is alway helpful during the shooting of the videos as far as making sure the home is in good shape for the tour.

I highly recommend Mark to anyone who is looking for an professional who will get the job done with flying colors.

The number of showings generated for our listings has been greatly increased! I take sample videos to every listing appointment and once again the results are amazing! He has been essential to the growth of my business and I would not give my business to anyone else. HDHat produces QUALITY video tours that you just don't find anywhere else - with professional narration even! On top of the basic video tour, you can also have HDHat do some of your marketing by having them showcase the property on realtor.com, postlets premium or even craigslist - and the craigslist add-on includes synidication through postlets to many, many websites - this is the exposure you WANT because your sellers want it and you want to show them you're worth every penny of the commission you're fighting for!

Mark and his team make it SO easy that you're wasting money by NOT using HDHat!!

I was hired by a local agent to shoot a video tour of a $500K home in a golf community. I sent that footage to HDHat.com and they edited the video, added pro voice over, stabilized my shaky video, created a pro looking webpage with the Agent's photo and contact info and then syndicated that video out to multiple locations online creating multiple Google Alerts. All for what I see in the industry is a very low price. I highly recommend HDHat.com for their All-In-One package and for the positive experience you will have when working with them.
