River Paradise. Over 1100 feet on the French Broad River. Heavily wooded. Numerous deer and wildlife. 2600 foot A-Frame had a burst waterline which flooded the structure for weeks before discovered. Mold occurred. RR&C was hired to gut the interior. Exterior walls, stonework, and roof appear sound. In my opinion this house is very re-buildable ( I was a general contractor for 20 years ). I haven't seen another acreage like this in Knox or the surrounding counties.
