In 2003 Bev began her real estate career with the RE/MAX office located in St. Robert, Missouri. Having come from other careers in sales, she knew that the basis for growth and success would come from the trust and confidence she developed with her customers. Referrals and repeat clients continue to play a big part in her success.
In November 2007, Bev moved her license to Bailey & Company Riverside Properties located in Richland, Missouri. While with Bailey & Company, Bev learned the ins and outs of running a real estate brokerage from the ground up. This fueled the fire to move on to opening her own real estate brokerage in the Buckhorn-Laquey area of Pulaski county in September of 2008. Joining her in her move were her daughter, Jenny, and husband, Robert, both of whom are also licensed real estate agents in the state of Missouri.
Bev has earned national honors for professionalism and production, including the RE/MAX President's Club Award for Outstanding Sales Achievement in 2004, 2005, and 2006 for the Mid-States Region and the Pulaski Board of Realtors Award of Excellence, Summit Level, for Real Estate Listing and Selling in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 . In 2007, Bev went on to earn her Broker/Agent license to further increase her skills and value to her clients.
"Having been a military spouse when my husband was an active-duty military member, we were involved in both PCS & ETS moves, as well as several moves as civilians with school-age children. So, we are very aware of the stresses, worries and challenges that can go along with buying a new house and moving. We use OUR experience to makeYOUR home-buying experience as pleasant and stress-free as possible."
But more importantly, from the moment you call or walk in the office you will sense you are being treated as a person with the courtesy and dignity that all people deserve. That will never change!
