Chapel Hill, is sometimes called "The Southern Part of Heaven" from the title of a book by William Mead Prince about Chapel Hill at the turn of the century. The town has changed a lot over the years but still keeps it's small town feel.

I've been involved in real estate in Chapel Hill since 1980 first as a home builder and then as a marketing consultant for new homes and as a Realtor. I really love my town and business and want to fill you in about our real estate market and also give you insights into the daily life in our area.
