I do regional documentaries and all types of fee-for-service work including real estate and retail store tours (shooting editing, DVD production). I use a Panasonic HVX-200 (hi-def, 24p, variable frame rate cam) and the Canon HV20 (pocket-sized 24p HDV cam). Also use a body-mount camera stabilizer called the IndieCam that gives me "steadicam" type quality...using the IndieCam on all my real estate home tours, and in much of my other work.
I do a lot of work with another local video producer who also has a Panasonic HVX-200, so we can do two-camera shoots as needed.
I've got 30 years experience as a writer (journalism, fiction and informational/promotional writing) and publications producer (layout, design and graphics) , so I bring to the client a fairly comprehensive package of skills.
