Ken has been in real estate sales and management since 1995, shortly after graduating from Seton Hall University in northern New Jersey. Kens approach in real estate sales is simple, surround himself with the best people in the industry and be passionate with what he does; Ken provides integrity, knowledge, and experience to each transaction. Kens experience consists of New Homes Marketing and sales, in which he has been successful in managing sales teams for numerous single family and town house developments. His understanding of the building process makes Ken a good liaison between the builder and the customer, so that everyone in the contract feels comfortable with the construction process and level of communication. Furthermore, his desire to understand the customers building needs, make for a smooth transaction for a process often known to be difficult. Ken has his Certification in New Homes Sales and is Residential Construction Certified.
Ken also has a passion for resale marketing, by providing a wealth of knowledge in affective pricing and marketing techniques. He combines basic selling with new technology to ensure his office listings achieve maximum exposure to the real estate community.
