I feel honored to have eight generation of my family born in the state of Oregon. I'm a sixth generation Oregonian married to Jerry for twenty-one years, we have four daughters, four sons-in-law and ten grandchildren all living in Oregon. My ancestors started selling their Oregon territory land in the 1830's when a deal was sealed with a hand shake. I share my ancestories love and respect for the state of Oregon, its land and people.
My grandmother once told me "Cari we have three names that we are given in our live. The name we are born with, the name our parents give us and the name we make for ourselves" For me the name I make for myself is very important. I want the buyer and seller in a transaction to walk away from our closing knowing they both received the best deal that could be brokered for them by their agent and me. I want all involved in our transaction to walk away feeling good and feeling this deal was nice why can't all transaction go like this?
I'm open and honest I'm not afraid to communicate as often as needed to help broker a deal. I don't believe in playing games all deals should make us feel good at the end of the day. When it comes to other people time and money I understand the time, commitment, and savings that went into being able to buy your home. I want to treat everyone like family.
I appreciate the trust that has been entrusted with me. I promised myself before I took the state and national real estate exam my integrity would not be for sale.The day I sell my integrity for a dollar is the day I stop putting deals together. If we can not make Oregon and our America a better place to live with our actions and dealings with our fellow man then we should be doing something else.
Real estate should be a happy time for all involved.
I searched for the right office for me, I went to office meetings of many other real estate companies. I ended up at Oregon First because I felt the honesty I was looking for was there. We would never be asked to bend the law even a little bit to make a deal happen. Oregon First and I are in the business of find and selling homes for people. But most of all we are in the business of retaining out clients as future buyers,sellers and friends.
