I have been a Realtor since 2003 and my focus is on Residential Housing from the start. Working at Re/max has been a pleasure as I have all the support and teamwork I could ask for. I have found over time that the virtual tours I have seen lack the ability to accurately represent the story of a home. I have been making videos of homes for the past year or so. As technology catches up to my natural passion for film my videos look better and better represent the homes they showcase. For my sellers it brings in what I call warm prospects - people who have a genuine interest in the home. People who are not a good fit for the home find out without the time and hassle of going to the home to find out. I love making films of homes an even do it for other agents from time to time to help them better market a home that has not sold.
