Web video describing real estate services

We need to do a couple educational video's describing our unique products. We are a flat fee MLS discount broker. We are setting up a landing page that needs to have a 1-2 minute vieo describing our flat fee mls program. I already have the script done and several graphic pieces made up. Please give me a time frame for production and approximate cost for project. Once the first one is finished we will be doing two more if happy.
