Bing Maps birds eye

Hi All,
I just joined up and would appreciate a little advice
I am trying to start a video tour business here in the uk and would like to know the legalities about including a Bing maps Birds eye image in a property video.
I noticed some of you use them in your videos so hopefully you can tell me if I need a licence from Microsoft or what the deal is ? I did write to them but got no reply.
