"They don't get it, why don't they get it? Why do others get it?"
Why do only 4% of RE listings have some type of enhanced listing? Why does only a fraction of that do video? "Virtual Tours" have been out for ten years, and why such a small percentage of listings use them?
The answer is simple, nobody up till now has provided a solution to connect how the online listing is intergrated with the agents objective to sell the property. It is thru the education of agents that will eventually connect the technology used in creating a listing, and getting the listing sold.
