I came across this video recently. Maybe some of you have seen it. Surely not your father's real estate video: High End Video.
Although this is no doubt expensive and really for only a certain type of property, it does get one thinking.
What do you think?
It's a great video, but looks like something that might be best used in branding instances (as it's being used). Wonder if this type of thing could be worked into a city or neighborhood tour? The "lofty" shots could be well mixed with some ground level interviews etc...

I agree with Christian. This approach would work with a neighborhood/village area with a specific "vibe" or look. Certainly could be used as part of an overall marketing strategy in an area. With models, the shoot can be expensive though.
Actually I like this one better. Of course the question is.... did it sell the house?
