Steak Out in Franklin, MA
Production quality could be a bit better though but I think the production quality actually adds to it a bit. Drawing the seller in insures at the very least a micro viral spread amongst the sellers sphere(SOI). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2WFV3S44Y6g with 23000+ hits I think he got his money from his Flip.
This is a pretty cool video, great idea and a very out of the box Realtor:)
What is strange though is that Google/YouTube claims what will make a video stand out in search results is relevancy, comments, ratings and views... If that's the case then why is this video not popping u when searching Google for "Franklin MA Real Estate" or "Homes for sale Franklin MA"?
Mike entered this (and won) in a national Century 21 video contest... He won $21,000 for his seller and he won a flat screen TV I think. He got quite a bit of publicity from that particular contest, which has a lot to do with the page views, which clearly would not be normal for a real estate video of any kind! It's also singled out quite often at events like REBarCamp showing what a realtor can do with video if he just tries a little bit....
It's very clever, although coming up with something clever like that on a regular basis is probably beyond the reach of most Realtors or videographers for that matter! But for a contest entry.... it definitely deserved to win (plus I saw some of the other entries... some were nasty bad!)
