All of a sudden I can't transfer videos to any clients without UNO credits?

Can't find anything on the site about UNO....  haven't heard back from customer service.... anyone know what this is about?

Fred,

When did you send a message to customer support? If possible, please forward it...we'll be on it.

OK... clearly this form doesn't work with the iPad!

I think I sent it on Friday via the form.  I may also have made a phone call, but not sure.  (brain dead here).

Fred,

This glitch has been fixed. Note that Uno (which will be announced in detail soon) is our new product for individual listings. Think of it as Pro services for individual videos. We built it because we understand that video pros cannot always get agents to upgrade to pro, as some agents don't do enough videos to justify it. Uno is a one time fee and provides the following tools for the life of the video:

  • MLS Player (popup, unbranded tour link, or embeddable)
  • HD Video Playback
  • Mobile Video Tour Link (for yardsigns)
  • Customizable Video Player
  • Reporting Tools
  • Access to the "Unbrander" this tool is for video pros to upload a branded tour and cut out the beginning and ends of videos, allowing you to upload only one video.

Uno sounds interesting....
