Video is kind of sticking

Hi folks, I've embedded a lot lately and notice that my videos are sticking after I've imbedded them.  When I say "sticking", just jerking ever so slightly, but enough that it's distracting.  All my content in in MP4 and doesn't still on my computer, just after embedding.  Anybody have a fix for this?  I love using Wellcomemat, but didn't know if I need do something different?

What software are you using to create your videos?  What settings are you exporting your video with?  We generally see this issue with a very small subset of videos that are encoded using software with strange encoding settings. Also - could you post a link to where one of the sticking videos are embedded?

Generally - if you are having bad luck with that file format, try exporting in .mov instead.  Also, make sure that your video isn't injecting keyframes of any sort into the video.

Thanks David!  I'm using Sony Vegas!  It seems like I've had better luck with WMV files than MP4 files. 

 I use Sony Vegas as well, and the mp4 formatting takes some tweaking to get it right.  Vegas does great out of the box with .wmv though, so I'd stick with that (I haven't noticed any problems with playback with wmv).  Just make sure it's actually set to render true 16:9 if you're not rendering to 1290x720 or 1920x1080.  Sometimes I render mine to 720x404 at 3mpbs, and that seems to work really well... just depends on how picky I (or the client) is about resolution. :)
