Video keeps stopping - Help!

   I just uploaded a new tour on WellcomeMat and sometimes, the video plays perfectly and other times, it stops after a few seconds!

It seems to have the most trouble after I push the HD button.

Any ideas on how to fix this?  Have you had this happen to you?
