Would Property Hunters Pay to View Videos?

Something we've had the blessing (or curse) of thinking about constantly what the best potential financial model is for real estate video.

I cam across this article and it made me wonder, again: "would people searching for homes pay to view property videos?"

I would pay in a second to view a video of a property that fits most of my criteria. Check out this company that facilitates pay-per-view transactions.

Sorry, but I don't think so... haha!  Hmm-- I imagine it's tough finding a financial model to make everything work (that people are willing to pay for).

Consumers don't have to pay on other real estate search sites or on MLS sites.  I just don't think real estate video is a big enough draw for people to pay.  Although... I do think they have a really slick looking product-- I saw that on TechCrunch the other day- interesting.
