If you've been around as long as I have, you can recall the day personal WEBSITES was the latest rage for real estate agents...a  marketing component that seemed come out of no where, but all of the sudden, EVERYONE had to have.
 

Well, video is going through the same thing...right now it might be a select few who are ahead of the curve, but it's only a matter of time EVERYONE will need video. 

I met with a broker that has 40 agents.  He loved the videos, and even thought they were much nicer than the 360 tours they use.  The price was the same, but he didn't want to 'upset the system that was in place'.
