YouTube submit problem?

Last batch of videos didn't get there and when resubmitted the quality is horrible

I did get this message and will relay the issue to the support email, but ALL technical issues have to be sent to support@wellcomemat.com. Everyone that needs to get these messages gets them via that email address and-perhaps more importantly-issues posted here might never be found/addressed.

We've been messing with video settings a ton over the course of these last few weeks, and I am guessing that our issue above is related. Please look for an email from us regarding this. Thanks for the patience Matti!

 Hey Matti,

I think the issue you were seeing was YouTube's progressive encoding system.  They create a very poor quality video at first, and then they improve it as they finish better quality versions of the video.  I just checked it (albeit quite a bit later, sorry about that) - and it seems great.

(As Christian already noted...) In the future if you send emails to support@wellcomemat.com we can respond much more quickly to these sorts of issues.
