Chad gained years of experience working with his family's real estate firm before joining the national homebuilder, Fleetwood Homes, where he served as a housing consultant winning customer satisfaction awards year after year.

Chad graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with degrees in business administration and recording industry management. Throughout school, Chad worked as a courier for FedEx. Chad has also helped engineer and record some of Nashville's popular musicians.

Today, Chad is dedicated to helping buyers, sellers and investors achieve their real estate goals. His seller clients are currently getting 98% of their list price due to innovative marketing and experienced negotiations. Chad believes that integrity, experience and current market knowledge are crucial in protecting today's homebuyers and sellers.

Chad has completed extensive training in real estate law, appraisal, financing and marketing. He is also a trained 1031 exchange agent for the tax savvy investor. Chad is a member of the Council of Residential Specialists, the national and state associations of Realtors and the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors.
