Sun City Palm Desert is a gated active senior adult community located in the beautiful Coachella Valley near Palm Springs, CA. We have 2 championship golf courses, 10 tennis courts, 3 beautiful club houses, 4 pools (1 indoors), spas, paddle ball courts, bocce courts, softball diamond, fishing pond, on-site post office, 2 pro shops, lending library, 3 restaurants, miles of hiking, jogging or biking trails, over 75 clubs and resident groups to name just a few. Living here is like living in paradise. As a 9 year resident and a 37 year professional real estate broker I can say with authority that this is the best +55 community I have ever seen. With just under 5,000 single story homes on 1,600 beautifully manicured acres, Sun City Palm Desert is 2nd to none. With low association fees ($220) and bulk cable/tv prices, it is hard to resist.
