My own PA~RAW~DISE Raw Organic Vegan Cuisine Restaurant was my dream and it took me so much hard work 1 full year of working from 5am until 3am eveyday for 365 days to get it opened not to mention doing the plumbing, flooring, electrical, and remodeling and building everything from the ground up literally! I did all the interior designs, colors, feng shui, solar powered LED Awning which is the only one and way ahead of its time in 2005, Stone tables with copper inlay and steel base, Coconut Flooring when everyone is still using Bamboo Flooring, tons of innovations, surprises amazing Raw Organic Cuisine I will reopen more in Los Angeles and Nationwide soon!Eco Chef Bryan Au WINNER of #1 Best Vegetarian Cookbook in the USA Award 2012 by The Gourmand World Cookbook Awards.
