About this video:
This is a video that I made about how my husband and I decided to move here to Sun City Palm Desert. Havi;ng sold So Cal real estate for over 37 years I had a very good idea of the home we wanted to buy, i.e., single story, fairly new, and in a gated golf community. I had already sold a couple of homes in Sun City to friends/clients a couple of years earlier, so it was natural for us to think about moving to the desert. (more)
We looked at everything within 200 miles of where we were living at the time (Orange County, Ca.), and Sun City Palm Desert was by far the superior community. We have 3 clubhouses, 2 regulation golf courses, tennis courts, bocce courts, softball diamond, fishing pond, 3 restaurants, library, post office, ballroom, auditorium, dance and exercise studio and 2 complete fitness centers.
