I've SEEN this house...the video doesn't do it justice...it is simply jaw dropping...the design, the features, are without comparison, and I have been in some pretty remarkable houses, but none that had the thought and inventiveness of this...it is truly a masterpiece of both design and practicality...a brilliant piece of work. HAving lived in Monterey county for over 50 years, this will prove to be a gift at this price in a short period of time. I have nothing to do with the sale, construction, nor anything else regarding this property, except that I have seen it...what a lovely piece of work.
