Nice introduction, I liked the idea of a the smiling agent giving a brief description of the property. Nice home. I think some narration on the attributes like hardwood floors, tile floors, vaulted ceilings, double vanity, etc.) would have been a nice follow through. The agent begins at the beginning of the presentation, and then he disappears.It would have been nice if he at least ended at the end of the presentation to frame it. Nice music though.
