We located and looked at the house. We were disappointed to find that to see the view, we had to go over two fences and through a private yard. While doing this the, the neighbors talked with us. They are about to build a fence so no view will be available to others. They also said this house is in dispute as an estate and title is a problem. Can you elaborate? If this is not true, then we are interested.We are a small group of investors. We looked at the house to either renovate or tear down. It is in need of a reroof , remodelling. yardwork, etc... or as a tear down.What would you consider for the lot or both as is? Are you the broker? If not, is there a shared commission? To be frank, we look at cutting costs, buying it right for profit purposes and believe in a quick, no nonsense sale with cash at closing.Thank you,James
